The trailer is out in stunning HD! I recommend 720, it streams through quicktime, so leave it paused for a minute if you don't have a fast connection.

It looks fantastic TBH, Daniel Craig is great as Bond.

sorry whats buffering? :)

The 1080 trailer looked lush on a 1:1 pixel map, seems like its going to be a classic bond movie. Although its annoying buying every bond film in a awesome box set then there going to release another!

That is awesome, I love the dark, mysterious beginning, and the titles at the very end.

Also, James Bond appears to be the only person who uses an UMP!

taken from wikipedia...

Mark Ronson and Amy Winehouse recorded a demo track for the film, however, Ronson and Winehouse were unable to complete the project due to what Winehouse's representatives called "different directions". Ronson also stated that due to Winehouse's well-publicized legal issues in the preceding weeks that she was "not ready to record any music" at that time

im kinda glad a track wasnt recorded by them, don't like winehouse at all 2bh...

but in answer to your question, theyre all still rumours

I'm glad Amy Winehouse didnt do the soundtrack, couldn't care less about her TBH. I also saw Hancock last wednesday, saw the trailer again there, and also a trailer for Tropic Thunder (http://www.apple.com/trailers/paramount/tropicthunder/), <3 Ben Stiller .

The story line was shit but at least it was action packed, the script for this film must have been tiny they barely said anything, not really a classic bond film :O

Amy whinehouse's voice would have been really good for the soundtrack just it's a shame that she is a crack head and ruined any chance of a real carrer.

After watching QS it's not a bond film with no charm of the usual bond its nearer a shitty bruce willis action movie with Aston martins.

to sum up my thoughts, no wittiness, no real major 1 on 1 bad guy fight, no gadgets, BUT great constant action throught, I liked it. If i went in expecting to see a general action movie id have been very pleased - though its not very bondlike it was still good.

yay for Bond blowing shit up because he's pissed off for 2 hours!

The only good points of the film in my opinion were the action and grittyness. I thought it was far too short with not much of a storyline, it was basically the end of Casino Royale chopped off and shown as a separate film. And what was up with the bond girl's back? It looked like she'd been severely burned or summat.

IMO this movie wasent great, fine action scenes but the storyline i was like WTF!!??!!, id give it a 5/10 it was ok, not great and not bad

I enjoyed it, but majorly missed all of the old gadgets and such, and the story line wasn't too bad, but not one of the best. The action scenes were awesome and there some of the usual bond wit, but not enough IMO.

Chaz, her house was burned down when she was a kid, maybe where the burn comes from?

perhaps it is time to bring back Sean Connery?

Definatly worth changing bond if he just isnt up for the story line / charm of all the other bonds movies that make it a on going success.

I definately agree with you.
For me, i just don't feel that Daniel Craig is bond. He just doesn't portray bond the same way all the other actors have e.g. Brosnan or Connery did.
which is a shame..:(

I cant believe you put Brosnan with Connery tbh Daniel Craig is a good Bond he just got given a shite story line and the writers seemed to have missed all the classic parts that a bond film needs, mainly the amazin gadgets he gets!!

I have not seen this movie yet and I don't think I will, because I didn't like the last one and from what people are saying it's not that good. I also heard the intro music today and thought it was really bad, not like a classic bond intro song like golden eye or die another day.

Daniel Craig is a good bond, he's just been given some not so good story lines.

Give him a few more chances and see how he fares with some bond gadgets :p.

saw this on weds and i came out like 'wtf?!'. imo the writers are trying not to be bond anymore, which is the worst posible thing u cud do. the lack of gadgets pissed me off, the fact that the storyline relies on knowledge of the past move annoyed me, something all the other bonds have never done, the plot jst wasnt bond-ish and the thing im most annoyed about, wheres the sex scene at the end? i wudnt even give it a 5, id give it more a 3, and the only reason it gets a 3 is the quality of acting and sfx

I agree with Midge, Casino Royale was a much better movie too.

Nothing wrong with Daniel Craig but Quantom of solace was pure fail!

Fully enjoyed. Interesting change from the day of Golden eye etc. In my opinion it's not bond, it's different better in some ways, worse in others. It has the realism of a british film and less of the feel that it's an American film.

I found it interesting how I felt that bond could actually die in this film. I think Bond will be like this for a while yet, even if Daniel Craig leaves they'll replace him with a Bond similar to the gritty almost realistic one in this film.

Like the fact that it only rained in London...
