DP, you may want to force some Anti Aliasing for GMod, they look sharp around the edges.

Go into the nVidia control panel and use advanced 3D settings, scroll down to Anti Aliasing and force it to 8x.

Make sure your main settings are set to use your custom settings too.

Ah much better, no jaggies. But make sure you don't do both (via nvidia and Gmod) or thyey conflict or something. Maybe.
