Actually, you can own a civillian issue p90 here with a hunting license :D

They only fire at i believe 400 RPM though, and have a large barrel extension to make them harder to hide. also the bullets they fire are somewhat less deadly.

i managed to find 1 when i was 17 for i think it was $2300.

Na, it's fine for CS. damage is low but it has near twice the capacity, and a fairly quick fire rate. I've always had good luck with it. :P
