Looks like the dumbass couldn't fit it into his crap Dell, so cut the metal connectors to try and fit a standard PCI Slot....

I'm calling fake TBH, nobody can be that stupid. If you're buying a GFX card then you must know a bit about computers and be smart enough not to start cutting bits off. You'd also need to know absolutely nothing about technology just to start cutting circuitboard and think it will still work...

LoL sounds like a little kid wants to play shiny pc games an his friend who knows nothing has told him to do it an as he knows no better he did it. Be very funny if had taken it to a pc shop to try an get them to sort it :D
