Looks like the dumbass couldn't fit it into his crap Dell, so cut the metal connectors to try and fit a standard PCI Slot....

I'm calling fake TBH, nobody can be that stupid. If you're buying a GFX card then you must know a bit about computers and be smart enough not to start cutting bits off. You'd also need to know absolutely nothing about technology just to start cutting circuitboard and think it will still work...
