That looks like a version 1 ipod touch (i dont see volume buttons on the side) - surely if its new itll be version 2. (i no uve just got the picture off the internet but im just trying to be awkward xD)

Mine is a version 2. I didn't check the image, just pulled a random one as you said xD. It's soooo awesome, got all my PP on there now, installed a load of free games (the ones that use tilt control are pretty good!), it has a low quality built in speaker so you dont always have to have earphones in, but it's good enough to play games and listen to videos, and music is barable through them. PLUS is has total internet access, ATK works fine, so does iPlayer (can watch almost everything, some is unavailable). It's so much the best gadget I have ever got :D.
