I tried to balance it, and you can't capture the two Cash things at the top of the map in the middle without Air Transport, so that is balanced :D

its not in the center of the map/there not in even places so it will be imbalanced as 10/10 times the people closer will be able to get it with ease first.

also heard of paradrops or tunnels?
