I just got messaged by a guy who I play TF2 with sometimes, here is the convsersation. The url has been starred out.

The url leads to a website that looks identical to the steam community website (https://steamcommunity.com/), and has a .tk extension. The account this guy which belonged to my friend obviously got stolen when he fell for the same trick. This is just a warning to all of you, i don't know how spread this is, but because i was talking to a real person it seems pretty localized at the moment.

Sadly some people always fall for these things, and what's lame is that you'll lose all of your steam games in one go.

I think steam support might be able to sort out your friend though, but thanks for the heads up.
