BF Veterans

I don't know how many of you know this already but there is an official EA site called Battlefield veterans.

It is a small site that allows you to register any previous BF games that you own to raise you "veteran rank"

In the release of BC2 certain weapons (such as the Garand) will be unavailable to people unless they have a veteran rank of 1. To have this rank all you need is 2 BF games.

However if you only have 1 BF game, you can register battlefield:heroes for free to raise you rank for nothing.

i have registered there, 3 games, BF 1942 (i have all the expansions, and it said on the site that the cd keys for them had already been registered -.-) Also registerd BF:Vietnam, and BF2 and i cant register bf2 spec forces because i dont remember the login. But then what? do i get my garand when full game release?

Tried registering 2142 but apparently my username and password are incorrect (I can log in in the game).

I never realised just how many battlefield games existed. Registered 2142 and 2, so that's enough for rank 2... not that I really plan to use the garand.

Well, since you create a "master" EA account, to use with bc2, i suppose it doesent count, bastards

We won't know about BC2 until it's released I guess. I have 2 points, since I own BF2, BF2: SF and 2142 :).

Yeah but I have two since BF2 / 2142 are definitely different games.
