I found a cool little 'game' on last.fm which is essentially fantasy festivals. Basically, you have a set amount of money, and you have to select 15 bands which are all priced differently.
Now there are two ways to use it. The first way is to try get the highest 'buzz' score (calculated by last.fm plays and news activity), meaning you select loads of high scoring cheapers (e.g Justin Ballsack is a measly 5k, yet he has one of the highest buzz scores), but in order to be competitive, you have to select crap like Justin Ballsack, i.e no freedom.
The other way is to create a festival that you would actually want to watch, and post that up to share to the world. You'll never win the comp, but who cares - your showing off your musical taste and genius for creating a killer lineup! I worked out that my score is half the person at the top per week, but they have Lady Gaga, Beyonce, Ballsack Boy and lots of crap music, so I think I win.
Anyway, create a lineup and post it up here. I promise not to be abusive if you put Justin Bieber in....too much.
