CnC General Zero Hour Tournament Change

OK, the league format is not working. We have done three matches in 10 days, and it's quite frankly embarrassing. Therefore, I will begin making some changes in the format to get it done. First off, I will be changing it to a best-of-three round knockout tournament.

More details to follow, but all CnC matches done previously will be discounted and can be assumed as practice matches.

Basically, it will now be a 1v1 knockout tournament. If you lose the round, then your out.

It will be best of three as well - so you play your opponent a maximum of three times. If you win two games, you go through.
