i40 Softball?

OK, so since I have obtained the information that I can be there on Thursday evening, I think we should try some 9v9 ATK Softball. I can provide bats, balls, gloves, bases and the reasonably dodgy strike calls, I just need you guys to bring your A game and some mean wood to the plate.

Post below if interested with desired positions and percieved skill level. I also need another team captain. Beacuse I'm quite sad and delusional, my team will be named after my RL fav baseball team - the Minnesota Twins. I have a jersey and everything :D

NB - Designated Hitter hits for the pitcher in the batting lineup. If you want to pitch, please say if you want to bat as well, so we can use the designated hitter to replace you in the line up.

Positions: Pitcher, Catcher, 1st Base, 2nd Base, 3rd Base, Shortstop, Left/Center/Right Field, Designated Hitter

Don't want exercise? Play 1st Base. Or Outfielder, because I doubt you'll get much work between most people grounding out or me smacking it for a mile :D

I thought everyone had EAS? BTW - it's 9v9, so 18, although I'm sure we could probably scrounge with 7v7.

@ Nikoli - No. It's just the pro leagues in the states only have womens leagues, but thats because all the men are too busy trying to make it to the New York Yankees in Major League Baseball. At amateur level, there are tonnes on mens teams, as well as womens and mixed teams.

Everyone is coming on the Thursday regardless of having EAS, but the plan is to buy it on the door.

Also is this the same rules as baseball oric?
