I need some help.
I have a dell 4600 with an nVidia graphics card (5200) which recently burnt out. I'm looking to upgrade to an ATI 9550. Would I need a new PSU?

Help would be good.

What make and wattage is your current PSU?

It's a dell. Probably around 300W / 350 W. The card will draw power from the AGP slot, and I was wondering if it would be the same as a 5200.

It really is difficult to say, although I think a 350W PSU should be able to cope. When I bought my Nvidia 6600GT I upgraded to a 450W PSU, and with my Nvidia 6800GS (256MB) it works perfectly well. It really is up to you, and how safe you want to be.

Well those require molex plugs, and this doesn't...

So guys I found this : a 9600 pro. Any idea if it needs a power (molex) input?
