READ THE RULES :P

It's the same as last year - in the event of a tie in the second round and beyond, the winner of the poll will be the nomination with the higher cumulative margin of victory for previous polls [For example, A wins by 2 and 5 in the first two rounds, and B wins by 1 and 7. A and B tie on their poll, thus B (with a +8) beats A (+7)]
