Well what I played of the Bad Company 2 campaign seemed meh compared to MW2, and wasn't Medal of Honour not meant to be that good?

You have a point, I never played the BC2 campaign past the first mission and don't own MoH. However, when I played Black Ops it was the same old run hide and shoot ad infinitum from all the previous games. I'll just say all Modern Warfare campaigns are dull as hell to me, the last one I actually completed was CoD4 because it was modern and original from everything else at the time.

But on a slightly more/less serious note, it seems the genre is in a rut when it comes to a campaign in war-games, I think the reason that CoD is all the same is because Activision is forcing a new game every 6 months, which just isn't good enough, the devs don't have time to come up with decent ideas or even make anything more innovative, because it's a 'risk' and not 'profitable' to Captain Kotick, Commander of the Dickship.

MW2 had a plot where they just tried to justify going to every part of the world to make it "exciting" and it just ended up being a massive farce, with a hideous plot. I think its good that guitar hero has now been semi retired by activision though. Otherwise we'd end up seeing an R&B hero where the controller is an actual girl, and grinding her in rhythm gets you points. The girl isnt there of her own volition though, you bought her. Activision condones slavery.

Both of those statements confuse me. Almost all 3D games these days have dynamic lighting, and Multiplayer doesn't generally have a lifespan.

To put this back on track. I love the music at the end of the videos, it's so damn cool and distorted. Really really want this. Though as a tactic... is going up on a high bridge really the best idea? Going up high just means you are exposing yourself to more fire, especially on something so flimsy despite being able to put more fire on more people.

Seems odd that Assault is now the Medic. Considering my two main classes in BC2 were Assault and Medic, I know which one I'll be using.

I like it how games struggle to decide what snipers should look like, since realistically they just look like any other soldier, but they want them to have a distinctive look in game, and having ghillie suits on all maps including city maps seems a bit silly.

Ditto. Every game like this that I play, I always play the medic/healing class, so would make sense.

Probably mix it up between Assault/Support/Engineer to be honest, since I'm a shit sniper. Probably Support mostly, since I reckon they'll have the smallest player base what with not being able to heal (Assault), blow up terrain (Engineer) or snipe in general (Recon) and their major addition is the ability to make it easier for other people to get kills. So I'll probably end up taking the gap in the squad. :p

I never really played BC2 much, so my rank is like 1 above the starting rank. I was pretty high on the BF2 and on 2142
