I thought terraria was just going to be a crappy clone of minecraft. but ive been playing it and its extremely different. its much more rpg based than minecraft. there's npc's, bosses, around 30 enemies. also there's a lot of cool stuff you can find like guns.

Yeah I've heard some great things about it. Is it purely server based like Minecraft or can you play singleplayer like a normal RPG?
