Many of the EVE players will know about an in-depth guide about EVE created a while back known as the Industrial Sized Knowledgebase (http://www.isktheguide.com), which is still available for free as a PDF. Anyone looking to get into the game or simply brush up their knowledge will be well served by going here.

Well, the people over at CCP decided to help them put it into hardcopies for people to buy and keep by them at all times - and guess who bought one :D Looking through it, it's very in-depth, explaining all the aspects of the game, from combat modules and setups to mining 101, comparing Battleships to Mining Barges and discussing if the Hulk is really worth it. It's also Pics of the book are below.

it looks like the one that was released with the last major patch in incarna 2months ish ago, so it still should be pretty much upto date although on some of the economics stuff i cant be so sure about, since the market changes vastly so quickly and changes totaly from region to region ^_^

The reason it was delayed was to update it for the changes in Incursion 1.6. Obviously over time it will become outdated, but it is bang up to date atm. That said, I haven't read everything with a magnifying glass, so I could be wrong.

looking at it i have the edition before this, which tbh still is pretty much upto date and cost alot less thanks to a drunken LAN with a photocopier :D there really quite useful if you want to get in to the industrial side of eve or even just want to know more about eve as a whole :)

Actually, it covers everything pretty well. Suspect I'll be delving into the combat part of it first - useless at figuring out ship fits for tanks etc.
