Their free from subscribers too. Just that if the person then starts playing wow properly and pays for their first month, then the person who gave them the trail can get a months free play time. The thread was created so that people who wanted to start wow, could, as well as giving current subscribers the possibility of gaining extra playtime as well as gaining an extra friend in game.
