Dells are actually pretty decent bits of kit these days!!

Hopefully it won't be prone to overheating though, as that's one of the main things I've found to be true. I assume you're going to be using it as a gaming PC?

My next laptop is going to be super thin and light. Can't be asked even with my 13" Vaio any more :P.

i agree with chalex they make awesome screens, and according to quite a few people i know that have recently bought laptops from them there actually really good, although i just hope that the customer support has gotten better since 07 it was pretty dire back then.

I take a lot of pride in being intelligent in owning a PC that not only are the US military jealous of. it will survive me in a nuclear apocalypse

Edit: Just for the record I was calling Laptops shit

For laptops and screens Dell are pretty good (says a guy with 2 Dell screens too...) and their support seems pretty good to me.

Not had it overheat yet, and neither has a mate who's got the same model. Not really going to use this as gaming though, maybe in school during frees but that's it really, still got the desktop.

Chalex is obviously being tempted by Macbook Air :P

Zanziba'ar, wtf? lol

To prevent overheating you may want to train up some more skills. thermodynamics has a 5% bonus to it which is allways good. but then if any of my stuff were to overheat id smash it and throw it out *points at his $1600 PC* piece of shit

Love how the EVE banter killed the thread.
