Ok, I know that this is very choppy in places especially the roof and the wheel furthest right, but I will get better, I swear.

Other than the choppiness, feel free to comment on it and give me your feedback.

You should realy be using the lasso tool for a shite result lol. You use the pen tool with specific settings. http://www.deviantart.com/deviation/30486652/ It's all in that tutorial.
Anyway, I made a better one from Ghost Recon.

Again please comment.
Believe it or not, but straight lines are the hardest to cut and make them look nice, they realy look choppy, that kinda explains the roof.

The Ghost Recon one is alright, but judging by how long you've been doing Photoshop you should have done better on the car.

Rendering is completely different, you need to have a steady hand and then I use feather, Gaussian blur, stuff like that to smooth it out. It's all in the tutorial.
Give it ago Chaz, I wanna see what your outcome is :D.

i reckon your ghost recon one is good, you could see blato the choppiness on the car, but on the ghost recon one you made it look better

I've done plenty of rendering before Vox, it doesn't matter how you do it, all it means is taking the foreground from the background of a picture.

Cool, anyway I'm going to redo the car.
EDIT: I redid the car.

A lot better, although blurring doesn't usually get rid of all the jaggedies, smudge the edges as well but without distorting the picture.
