Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 "Energy Efficient SLACR 95W" 2.40GHz (1066FSB)
This is a very good overclocker, with the lowest VID possible (1.2V). I had it easily at 3.6GHz on air.

Asus Maximus Formula Intel X38 (775) PCI-Express DDR2 Motherboard
I believe this needs a new CMOS battery as it tends to reset itself when not plugged in. Includes the attachments in the 2nd picture, but no screws.
