i was thinking we need a game that we all take to lan, none of the standard ones i was thinking this

I'd wanna do races of small games, like who can finish portal 1 the fastest playing it at the same time, or who can finish a certain level of a game the fastest, just get some competition on the go.

This is a good idea but i think it would have to be more basic games than portal. I cant really think of any to hand that people would play.

I'm pretty sure without being a speed-runner and glitching everything you cant do portal in under like 40 mins.

i think coop horde mode kinda stuff would be fun for lan. think of a game that has that...killing floor maybe?

Hidden is good fun in half an hour chunks, and is up to 9 player. We have 3 servers of that running smoothly on the dedi right now and they continue to be popular!

I can always set up more for LAN.
