Okay, I think it's fair to say there has been a "significant" decline in forum activity since LAN.

This is always normal as everyone goes back to uni / work etc, but the site has become rather more stagnant than usual.

Ryan has volunteered to help redesign the site and give us a hand with getting some money coming in via advertising, but we need some ideas!

I would like to know what YOU think would improve the site. Feel free to be honest and I am very open to criticism about the current layout, but please don't just post "I DON'T LIKE THE ARTICLES" if you aren't going to say why or suggest something better.

I think its fair to say that is we had articles being written then the articles system would be pretty awesome, but it is readily apparent that everyone is too lazy for that :P

To summarise, what would make you visit the site and post more often?

That you become the total complete admin owner of the site.

We used to have the arcade, but nobody used it anymore so it was taken away.

The stream feature still works(ish) I believe, but it could use some looking at.

What VODS would you suggest Ali?

That you become the total complete admin owner of the site.

Effectively (Feel free to step in here chalex) these days I am the complete admin, after briefly talking to chalex today I just got control over the dedicated server control panel.

The only thing I don't have control of now is the domain name itself.

Chalex is never going to rescind ownership tho....
If I (or people who work with me) put in exceptional effort to upgrade the site while chalex isn't around I might talk to him about what can be done about this in regards split ownership, as even if the site suddenly generated a million pounds chalex is still the founder.

Americas most outrageous videos?

Even Multiplay have a hard time keeping forums active outside of Lan times hence the "community managers", I honestly think though at the core of a active gaming forum there be a product or unique purpose that cannot be served by TS etc. I'm not really sure what to suggest to be honest.

Just need to not force people of TS like the WoW people, also the articles thing is fine when people have the time, but when everyone is at uni or work they cba doing it. Will have a think about this after my final exams next week when I have more times :D
