42" is a tad crazy isnt it?, its a large size for a living room TV!, you dont need the bullguard security stuff, nor the 4GB USB, and if you are using Vista the sound card will have trouble. From evesham I see. What operating system is it going to run on, because with out 64 bit 8 GB of Ram isnt necessary. What CPU? dont say you've gone for the 500 quid quadcore?, you dont need a card reader or an external harddrive if you have 2TB and a 4GB USB. As for home installation, you could do it yourself, but that 42" TV is going to be a laugh and a half to watch someone installing. Especially wondering where you are going to put this and be a good distance away from the screen, gaming in your living room?

still could have a better pc for 1.5k

1. the 42" is shite for anything over than interlaced HD video, you need a proper dell 30" for PC use.
2. the 8gb is unusable, wont be any difference on 3dmark scores

you need a x64 os to use more than 3gb of that ram.

the blu ray re writer is pretty much pointless also.

as well the nvidia 9800 will beat those 3 8800's.

oh and not a lot supports dual SLI let alone triple.

all in all I think you should have asked someone before clicking buttons.

and after spending 5k on a pc, why didnt you use alienware it's meant for money burners.

midge's pc will still beat your's.

WHAT!!!! Sorry, but that is a joke. Anyone who has that much money to burn should be choosing their components themselves and building it, or at least getting someone else to. Most of the good points have already been made, but I will add a few more to the bundle.

Evesham is limiting you to their components, when you should have got a motherboard that at least supports DDR3 and then splashed out on whatever you can afford.

It looks like you just clicked the most expensive item for each section, which makes me think that you might be fooling us all... I have never heard of the make "Alqemi" when it comes to TVs, a 32" Samsung would have been a much better choice. There is no point in getting a 56K modem, they are totally obelite. In terms of the SATA hard drives, getting some Raptor ones would have been a much better idea, then again, I bet Evesham doesn't offer them...

Other than that, enjoy your new PC :) .
