Download stuck at 100%

My mozzilla firefox download thingy has finished downloading a 500mg file, and is showing 100%, 00:00 seconds, and 174kb/s with 546/546mg downloaded. It would normally say finished.. The zip file doesn't work D:

Could be because Firefox has a limit on a file download size, in which case I suggest you use a Download accelerator, like this one:

Or just leave the download box open for a while, might eventually finish, that's happened many times to me.
