Very similar build to last month, apart from the SanDisk SSD is no longer available, so I've opted for an OCZ Agility drive instead. OCZ have a long history in the SSD market, and the agility is a great budget drive! The same as last month, to get a cheap hard disk is still more expensive, and the applications this system is built for won't benefit from more storage space.
Also I haven't recommended upgrading this system to the new AMD Trinity platform. Whilst the new processors are marginally faster for compute tasks, the cost of buying one and a motherboard to match would put the price up about £30. You could argue that it's worth it to be on the new socket for future upgrading, but at this price-point, and the purpose of this machine, it's not going to be worth upgrading for office use for several years.
The RAM and DVD-RW have slightly gone down in price too.
