Battlefield 4 Beta

If you haven't already, then you should check out the Battlefield 4 Beta! It's free to play and a great way to get a preview of the latest game in the Battlefield franchise, even if you're not a big fan of the old ones.

The Beta is set on a single map, Siege of Shanghai, one of 10 multiplayer maps that will be available in the final game. Central to the map is the Chinese National TV Station, which both teams will battle it out to control (or destroy!). As always with Battlefield, 4 classes are available: Assault, Engineer, Support and Recon. Unfortunately Commander mode is not available in the Beta.



If playing on the PC, you need to ensure that your PunkBuster and graphics drivers are up to date. This solved some crashing issues I initially had using the beta.
