AVG doesn't do that too often for me thankfully.
I feel his pain :(. At the moment I have Norton and it's done that a couple of times to me. Might change because of that epic video :D.
AVG will remain my AV of choice. The moment they didn't choose Summer Glau to star in it, it was game over :D

Yes, I got rid of Norton because it claimed that my licence has expired in 1899.
OneCare will remain mine, as I'm not allowed the internet without it :)
Also, I did have Norton/AVG/Zonealarm/Ad-Aware, ran scans multiple times, as soon as OneCare installed, it found 2 trojans and my adware, so although it's Microsoft, it did fix my computer (oddly)
