Go onto Xfire and press Scroll lock + B, you are then broadcasting to anyone who wants to watch.
We've got a SourceTV server for CSS, but AFAIK you can't use a cameraman for that.

I dunno, maybe having ATK supported matches, for clans having a battle but on neutral territory, that kind of thing. I've been practising on LB when I die, and I think I'm getting quite good at tracking and positioning etc.

Both the TF2 and CSS match servers have source TV, and both can have cameramen. However, you will probably not be allowed to do it in matches because the clan you are against will probably just think that you are screenlooking for your team.
I can play a neutral account or something, so everyone blocks me, so I can't contact anyone.
Also, why don't we open up the server to other clans, so we just manage the server as neutral ground?
