Zeno Clash was released a few weeks ago and runs on the Source engine. I'm seriously considering buying it for £14 because I'm really enjoying the demo (played about 1 hour so far). The melee combat is definately the best first-person combat i've played in a game to date, compared to others like Oblivion and Dark Messiah. It's just so brutal, the sounds when you punch or kick somebody are great.
No harm in trying the demo anyway.
