I know most of you already know, but I'm going to be away on a cookery course from Monday 20th July until Friday 14th August - a month!
You'll still be hearing from me at the weekends, as we continue to prepare for i37 etc, but during the working week I will rarely be on.
Most of you have my mobile number, so please ring me if something breaks or whatever.

It's a life skill Target, something to build on. Being able to cook is seriously undervalued :p.
Haha its really not that hard chalex, you dont really need to go on a course just follow instructions froma book not rocket science

Yeh I know douche, but u can get a thing called a cook book and follow the simple instructions to the cake simples
oh be nice targ... I agree though, it really isn't that hard just to learn the skills on your own. you don't need some failed nobody teaching you the correct way to peel an apple for some overgarnished french mess no one wants to eat at the best of times...

You'll remember in my last series I spent 6 episodes showing you how to boil water. Properly..... But you couldnt do it properly could you, so were jsut going to have to do it all again, untill you get it right.
