Should make things a bit quicker.

Yeah it helps slightly, though best thing about it is the checklist thats on it.

I always forget somthing last minute

The Fast Pass isn't always quicker though, ironically last time since so many people were in the Fast Pass queue the normal queue was actually quicker basically because there was no one in it.

But doing it this way allows both options to be open.
