Donators/Subscribers Disclaimer **MC SERVER ONLY**

Hello gents.

I think it's about time that I write up a disclaimer, and remember, this is to protect you as much as it is the Mineconomy team.


Donating to Mineconomy automatically confirms that you have read and understood the terms and conditions written within this thread.
Donating to Mineconomy is a non-refundable exchange between you and the Mineconomy team, any requests for a refund will be met with a formal rejection and a ban from our Minecraft server(s), it's not our fault that you either didn't ask the cardholder's permission for the credit card or you abuse and break our rules.
Entering into an exchange will grant you certain rights and powers for use on our server(s), these powers are subject to change without prior notice and at an admin's discretion, any complaints or queries regarding this matter may be sent to support[at]mineconomy.com or can be raised with any Op/Admin on the Minecraft server(s).
There are certain fair use policies in place with Donator status, the powers granted are a privilege and not a right, and Donator status can be removed without prior notice at an admin's discretion.
The fair use rules include, but are not limited to:
Using commands (for example /tp) with intent to 'Grief' or attack, or otherwise ruin another player's enjoyment of the server
Teleport is for convenience only, and is not to be mis-used.
Using the compass or any other Donator only items in the arena or any other designated competitive zones is strictly forbidden
An admin or Mod's say is final on all matters. If there are conflicting answers, Ops/Admins outrank Mods

These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. Breaking any of the above rules or terms will result in Donator status being removed, and the matter investigated by Mods and Admins and the result of this investigation will be relayed to involved parties before any punishment may or may not be applied.

A Donator status does not exempt any punishment, including but not limited to being banned from the forums and/or Minecraft server(s), a being kicked from said Minecraft server(s), being killed by admin, or being demoted.
However, donator status will be taken into consideration if any issues arise involving a donator.

These terms and conditions are applied retroactively in a sense that any ongoing investigations at time of posting will use this disclaimer as evidence and reference.
