Logo at top is a tad too big. Otherwise, its good.

Nothing much wrong with it in my opinion, except I don't think you should have a texture on the orange bar near the top and the 'Clan Name' text could do with some work.
I think it's all perfect other than the text, it is slightly illegible.
Well the header picture is just to mark where the logo is placed :)
