I think we maybe shuld have more space on the servers, that mean now: On the surf server is it only to 16 people, maybe to 32? And the De_dust server, maybe have 32?? Then that sure come more people.:D

We used to have surf at 24 people but we gradually reduced it.
Normal maps server I don't know about increasing the slots, It could be a good thing. I dont think Surf should be 32 however as with 24 it was slightly crazy.
Do we even have enough space?
Hmm sure^^ But we shuld have the surf server to 24 man-server and the du_dust2 server shuld have 32 mans-server.
I don't think we need to make the surf server any bigger, it rarely gets full up, and fewer slots means room for a big enough third server.
But on the surf server that is only a place to 16 people, and i think that is good if you take it up to 24 men-server!

Same problem with me. I feel that we do not need a bigger Surf server, 16 is fine. Later this afternoon I may well increase the slots on the Normal Maps server, although I feel that it may be a good idea to remove the dods server until we have more members in the community.
Maybe we could do with another CSS server of 16 Slots? Not a mod but Fy maps or something or even a DUSTS Only server.Quote:

Well I think we should keep the surf server as it is, maybe change it to a fun server as well, so we can play maps like scoutknivez on it, the dust2/assault/office server could do with a few more slots, and the last space should be for what ever we feel like playing at the time, just for trying out new mods for example.
I feel that at this stage it would be an excellent idea to increase the slots on the normal maps server because this would increase our player count and people that know about the community, and of course make it more fun. The only hitch is that because we are increasing its slots, I will have to remove the DODS server and I will not be able to add another server onto the dedicated server we are on because of CPU usage etc - We do not want a laggy 32 slot normal maps server, do we... So, this is my cunning plan. We will, for now, do what I have proposed above, but once I have set up the subscriptions to the community, and we have more money to play with, we may be able to afford another dedicated server, for a few more servers (this server would be provided by Connect2 Gaming at a reduced price).

Maybe with the subscription you get v basic admin or an immunity to autokick for lag + reserved slots.
More information will be coming soon on the subscription idea. This will be done via PayPal. I will not give out any more secrets until I have sorted it out properly, and embedded it into the site etc.

I know its better but its anyway no point adding new games!! The community is great as it is.
I personally think BF2 is a great game, and I can't see any reason to not let it be a game in this com.

Quality and not Quantity!. No offense but the servers seem fairly cheap and 33 tick!?!. I was on there last night with turd and every other round we would get atleast one lagg spike. I dont think the server can handle amount of fps that goes through the client so it loses packets. I always use this as an example but UKCS, they have 30v30, and i dont get anywere near the amount of bad fps then what i get on the c2g servers.
Surf = more* fps due to hardly any textures. Adding more people to that is alot more constructive then puting even more strain on an already laggy server.
Snake, have you ever thought that your PC might just be a pile of crap and that UKCS servers are run by killercreation who run 1 server per box, also as you know the lag will be less and that WE CANT CHANGE OUR SERVER SLOTS ATM ANYWAY!
