Im not sure about the 'clipping off 50 pixels of one side and putting it on the other side' thing you're doing. Apart from that they're pretty good.
I like the split, perhaps if it was to be a different pic in the split? Cheers anyway.
I really like them actually, especially the sparky/fire effect around the car :).
The sorceress one, the cut works well. The car, not so much. The third one is the best of the three though. Nice job.

VoX that last one is great :D. I'd just stick the scanlines on soft light, and possibly lower the opacity a bit. Apart from that, awesome.
