ATK Gaming Nights: Every Friday 8-10PM!

Yet another exciting announcement this Christmas is the introduction of the official ATK Gaming Nights!!

The idea of these events is so that everyone can get together at a time when they aren't totally overloaded with work, or practicing with their teams. As a result of these requirements, these gaming nights will be every FRIDAY 8-10pm.

A game will be selected for each week, and if everyone could come on Teamspeak at the time it would greatly help organisation and teamplay.

The FIRST event like this is on Friday 19th December (3 days time) and the game selected is TEAM FORTRESS 2. The Night will be held on the "Best Maps" server (81.19.217.145:27019) and it will also be open to the public. However, if we have an amazing turnout, we will password the server for just us.

Just to let you know in advance, since next Friday is Boxing Day, we won't be holding an event next week.

Ahh i wanna be there but i can only join you from the 25th onwards but when i can i will. Also its great to see events encouraging activity!

I won't be there, as I fly to Minneapolis the next day and will be preparing/packing/sleeping for that. Sorry, and hope it goes well. Recommendation - WoW Trial Sesh?

"ATK Gaming Nights, for everyone who won't be Wasted, Slashed, Drunk or otherwise Hammered on friday night!" is a far better advert for this IMO. :P

C'mon chalex is intending to come... OF COURSE HE HAS TO GO TO BED EARLY! Chalex doesnt stay up past 10 unless theres something of a academic nature to be done, well that or.......................................... ;)

Exactly what I meant. And all us current players could create new players to join in + help out.

I appreciate that some of you cannot make the 8-10pm every Friday, but we cannot do it on any other day because of team practices.

The timing is always an issue, but we don't want to make it longer than 2 hours because otherwise it is unlikely that everyone will be on at the same time, and it will just end up boring with about 2 other people to play with! Even though I can see why some of you would prefer 9-11pm, I am sure that more of you would be able to be there for THE WHOLE SESSION, between 8-10pm.

By all means, tell me otherwise. But we do need the majority to prefer 9-11pm if we choose that time.

We only have Trainings on a sunday and friday is probably the day where the Most people will be busy.... :o

Yeah, I enjoyed it. Was fun, even though we weren't able to be on the proper server.

I pressed F10 because I was gonna leave anyway, and didn't know what it did.

Uh, really random VC, but yeah there was a video of hundreds of level 1 orcs rushing into Stormwind, I think it crashed the server due to load :P. It might be different though.

Yeah, they did do that. The gnomes then did the same to Undercity :)
