Thought it would be a good idea to start up a games thread, which games are a definate must for i40, that we'll probably all be playing, so far it's probably going to look something like:
BC2
TF2
Worms: World Party/Armageddon
Age of Empires 1-3
Napoleon: Total War
Unreal 1/Quake 3
L4D
Counter Strike: Source
GenGen
Any ideas?
Age of Empires 2 probably out of the 3 would be best. And Napoleon: Total War, not Rome, pretty please :P
And CSS of course goes without saying.

AoE2 is best yeah.

I've got/will have all of the ones that aren't RTS's, will sit and watch/play BC2 when people are doing those, am personally useless at them haha.
BC2 will haz awesome sauce at i40 me thinks :D also killing floor the Mr.Big version that I have needs to be played with a big group of us will be lol
i'm not sure I want to play AOE2 at i40... I somehow doubt it would end well, all things considered...
We should probably have links to the cheapest places to get them (legally or otherwise).

For stuff like AoE2, Quake 3, and Worms, just bring along a disk image (or whatever) and share it around at the lan. Really no point buying those.
@VH AFAIK Killing Floor is 6.

I'll try and get a WWP ISO or whatever sorted, managed to do it once before for i31...
I've got the CD of WWP if that would be easier.
(I've had trouble getting it to run on NT Operating systems before, though.)

I doubt that will happen, though I do remember them saying something about it. The fact that they haven't patched the game in weeks when they obviously need to balance it (M60, Carl Gustav) shows something. If we get those maps it will probably be at a cost, though I would probably buy it if it was about £5 for two maps.
Yeh teh Gustav is ridiculous and the m60 isn't much better, I think they might actually give those maps for free just to stick it to IW a little bit more :D

Hmm, am tempted by GTA, was good fun on PS3 and at the price from D2D it's pretty good!
Gmod is awesome and would be pretty pro on a LAN, can be a bit havok though haha.
If someone buys GTA IV for me (as I don't have net accounts or anything :<) I'll send them the money, GTA IV online would be epic.
