Well just had this idea with Nikolii, anyone up for a BBQ at i40?
Nick's volunteered to cook and I can vouch that he's pretty good, plus Chalex can always put that course to some good use :p.

This has already been decided, thought it was mentioned on the other thread.
Were guna aim to arrive @ 3pm on the thursday, set everything up, ill bring a small gazebo, and have bbq there.
That way everyone can meet each other etc and we can chill for a bit. ^^

Buying stuff before or quick trip into town?
Bringing stuff with us would be much mroe convenient really xD
especially since we'll still have our pcs in the cars / on site.

Fair does, you got stuff to bring? Only probs we got is we shall be struggling for room in car to bring a lot of stuff =/.

Awesome, well considering there's 20 of us all together we'd need a few BBQs, with 4 of us keeping an eye on food it should be alright, not the end of the world if people aren't eating at the exact same time anyways.

I bring good news. I am free on the Thursday. And live half an hour away. If you have it around 5-6ish, I can swing by and omm nom nom for a bit before you go inside and game. Meet some of you unsexy bastards. On the cake front, I'll try and work some of my awesomeness magic and get some Hummingbird Bakery ones....or cook them out of the cookbook failing that.
And as a fat man, I know how to cook good shit.

All depends on timing and when you have it. I've gotta drop my bro and a couple mates off at the hotel we are staying at for Reading first, then I'd drive to you from there. Could you guys decided exactly when you wanna start it up so I can sort timings out with everything?
