meh, I have red, and most of you guys seem to have an old cart lying around. Problem solved.
Emulation software is fine, roms are totally illegal and distributing any copy with the right holders permission is illegal, just because they dont care anymore doesnt mean you should post it on public forums.

The ROMs are classed under backups of material for personal use,
They've already taken R4 cards, they're likely to try and take ROMs next, though.

They are not classed as backups they are against copyright law just like making a copy of a CD and distributing it, personal copys and backups are not held on servers on the internet they are held on your PC.
