How do you make animated GIF dubs? Like the Oric-Wars kid? Is it in flash or something else?
I used Flash, but it's very simple animation, so I'm sure you could do the same thing in a different program. If you use Flash, cut out Oric's face in Photoshop, save it as a .PNG and import it into Flash so it has a transparent background.
