Why is a level 50+ party fighting boars? I know they are ~lvl 50 because the staff looks suspiciously like a Glowing Brightwood Staff which is epic and requires lvl 49 to equip. Furthermore, why would the mage/warlock/priest yell "For the Alliance", when fighting a lowly boar? I'm sure the boar has nothing against the alliance and was only fighting the warrior/paladin in self defense. I would also like to point out there is no NHS in WoW, and that a Conjured Muffin WILL restore health to the person who eats it, if only a measly 61 health over 18 seconds.
