Nope, logistics are the amount of times you can give a build order. Supplies have to be brought in manually by helicopters or trucks, airdrops were removed around .5.
After a build order is given and the squad are near 2 supply crates or a supply truck, they can deploy the destructed model of the firebase/bunker/HMG emplacement (yes, deployable .50 cals!) and then they have to build it with their shovels (which sadly cannot be used as a weapon lol.)
