Xfire HELP!

My xfire keps on getting stuk on Getting Login Salt.
is anybody elses doing this or does anybody know ho to fix this, if they do plz let me know

Or maybe a virus/spyware/worms is blocking xfire. But most often problems like this removes itself by it self

nah i found out that tiscali (my ISP) sometimes blok the port xfire uses
