Xbox 360 or 1337 version

Does anyone know the difference between the 360 an the elite and how it compares to the ps3 + know of any good offers on either??? Coz i really want a decent console as i haven't got a pc for uni yet :O

the elite is identical apart from it had a bigger hard drive and HDMI interface. Not worth the extra tbh. buy a 360 over a ps3 for value for money, its cheaper, has a bigger onoline community, and has alot more good games out.

But you have to pay for the community monthly. The PS3 one is free, and apparently, it mostly free of fuckwits and squeakers, who have all gone to the XBOX

Ya I wouldnt accept a 360 these days the not free online play pretty much stops us from using ours as we cannot bare to play games online when we have PC's.

I'm a long standing Play station fan, had all 3 and as Oric and ez say, the Onlines for the 360, although allot bigger, just doesn't compare with the PS3's being free and I can't comment on fuckwits and squeakers, although I have never encountered one on a PS3.

Having played both, both online, I'd still go with the 360, the PS3 is way overpriced, has a small online community and almost all of its 'exclusives' were nicked by the 360 anyway. 360 costs less, and although the online isn't free, it's £3.20 a month.. some people would spend that on a couple of mars bars tbh. Sure, you get a few american nubs on it but you get over that pretty quickly.
