Ok, since this isnt a GFX-Site, and you didnt ask for critics, I wont say anything about the sig. I just want to inform you that normal sig size is 350x125
First you added some Filter > clouds with purple/black color chosen. Then you simply added some stars, and used a symbol render. Duplicated it, and made it bigger. And you set the transparenty to 20-40%?
Made a border and added a white font with 2px outside stroke

Well, it doesn't really matter what size a sig is, normal size is actually 400px by 110px, but I do 450x150, since normal size is too small. Anyway don't try and slag me off by showing off that you know how I made it.
