I would recommend perhaps spending a bit more for a higher range CPU, a C2D 8400 or 7300 maybe, as it would work better with your 4850 GFX. The price difference comes from the difference in price of the cheapest 22" on both sites, you might want chose a different monitor. Also, do you need an OS?
