Pc spec- realistic (ORIC)

anyone make any suggestions for pc, for 3-400quid, i already have gfx card mouse, speakers sorted just need tower and monitor, but was lukin at gettin 22"inch hd tv monitor or summet.

all suggestions welcome plz put links

I would recommend perhaps spending a bit more for a higher range CPU, a C2D 8400 or 7300 maybe, as it would work better with your 4850 GFX. The price difference comes from the difference in price of the cheapest 22" on both sites, you might want chose a different monitor. Also, do you need an OS?

Ya try and go for the 3.0ghz 1333fsb c2d as that would be the only real bottleneck.

and maybe a lower peak wattage but better quality PSU as you will only have to learn the hardway if it blows up and takes everything else with it.

About the PSU, I know Antec makes good quality PSUs, so that ones fine. The Hiper one was because Scan didn't do Antec PSUs and I wasn't really sure which ones were better.
