Just so you all know, its simpler, dunno about the differences, but Google SketchUp is quite nifty, I've used it at college plenty of times and am on my way to creating a living room, SS's to confirm soon

Yeah i've tried sketchup, though I prefer 3ds max, something about it.. I dunno, maybe because theres more tutorials? its more widely used? probably something a long those lines.
