I tried to balance it, and you can't capture the two Cash things at the top of the map in the middle without Air Transport, so that is balanced

its not in the center of the map/there not in even places so it will be imbalanced as 10/10 times the people closer will be able to get it with ease first.
also heard of paradrops or tunnels?
